Refund policy

Ceramic products are not eligible for return. For all other items, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your package to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at hello@sundaycherries.com with your order number. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label so it’s easy to drop off.

For U.S orders, a $10 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

For international orders, a $25 return shipping & restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

We’re not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
